Hiring Policy:

When jobs come open in your business, how will you advertising for applicants (newspaper, internet, etc.)
  • When jobs become available we will send one mass email to all employees and also flyers will be put up in our building. Then we will have commercials on our local televison stations (News Channel 3 and 12). We will also have radio commercials on MIX 104.1 and Kid Kraddick In The Morning.

Once you have received applications describe how you will determine who gets the job (be specific…ex: will you give a test (what type), will you do interviews (how many levels), etc.)
  • All aplications will be put through the same process. The will all be looked at and reviewed by our head supervisor. Then all aplicants that are qualified for any positions will be called in for a interview. The interiew process should take no longer than about 15 mins. Then after all interview are done the manger, and head supervisor will relook at appliactions and call any that needs to be contacted.
How will workers who are already in the company be treated, in other words, what is your policy for workers transferring from one department to another, or being promoted into a higher position when one comes open in the company.
